| ROBO-CUT TM TREE SAW We are pleased to introduce our latest product, the ROBO-CUT TREE SAW. Put simply it is a circular saw, skid-steer attachment for clearing pastures of unwanted trees and brush. The ROBO_CUT will cut trees off at ground level leaving a smooth stump. The 28" blade will cut a 10" tree in a single pass. ROBO-CUT TREE SAW operates on standard flow hydraulics. DOES NOT require High-flow. The blade spins 2000 - 2400 RPM, depending on flow and pressure of the skid steer, and sets off center for optimum viewing of the cutting operation. THE BLADE The blade is made of 70,000 psi high strength steel. CNC cut to shape and milled to exact tolerances to insure a smooth, vibration free, operation. It has 10 replaceable carbide inserts that can also be rotated several times to extend cutting life. THE DRIVE SYSTEM The drive train is a direct drive system, consisting of a high torque gear motor, coupled to a specifically designed bearing block. The bearing block features, heavy duty sealed ball bearings, meaning zero maintenance drive train. THE FRAME The frame is constructed using tubular steel and heavy gage formed plate. The motor, bearing block, valves, and hoses are encased within the frame, eliminating the possibility of tree limbs snagging hoses. |
